Here at Photographic Portraits we want to dedicate the month of September to Families...Family is a very important part of our lives...these are the people who mean the most to us...the people we love with all of our hearts. We love to capture these loving moments through our camera lens...so in ten years you look back as if it were yesterday and smile!!!
In honor of "Family Month" we want to make these memories possible for several special families in our area...
One lucky family will receive a free on location session (a $65 value) up to five people. Five people will receive 50% off their on location session fee, as well as five others will receive 10% off their portrait collection purchase.
The catch? Thought you'd ask!!! To win you have to leave a comment telling us what your family means to you and why you should win!!! Too easy!!! These family sessions will be photographed in the month of September but must be scheduled before August 31. If you win and it requires a session fee whether it's 50% off or 10% off the entire portrait collection ...session fees are due before August 31st to hold your appointment.
Sometimes you schedule an appointment and something may came up...that's ok!!! You are able to change your session twice...but remember it has to stay within "Family Month" (September)...and just as a reminder...Sitting fees are non-refundable!!

Family means at 1am, when you still have to work in the morning, your toddler is wide awake wanting to watch movie after movie. When you've had a hard day at work and get home to a hot meal on the stove. Family means you can be blistering mad one minute, and laughing uncontrollably the next. One the days when you just don't seem to have any more energy left you've got to make an emergency trip to the grocery store for some diapers or milk. But with the whole world falling down around you, there are no other people you would rather share every moment with. If you don't have family, of any size or type, you don't have anything worth fighting for.
When someone asks me what family means to me the items I think of are:
Love, support, courage, strength, and wisdom are all items that we receive from our family through each day. The word family means coming home from work and knowing you are not alone, knowing you will have a smile on your face, put there by your 10 month old little girl who is learning so much each day and exploring new things. Knowing that you will come home from a day of work and your husband who has worked all day as well is there to help through out the night, including making bottles for the night to come, has play time with Jayden and me , which gives us quality time as a family. Having a husband that knows to go ahead and hide on the couch or different room of the house at bed time so that I can rock Jayden to sleep.
Family to me is also having a precious little girl who we share new experiences with and who we get to teach and love everyday. Whether you are having a bad day, stressed out, or just don’t feel good for whatever reason, Jayden can make you smile, laugh, and will give the best and most precious hugs and kisses anyone could ever ask for.
The meaning of family also includes the ones who has always been there for you all of your life, the one that picks up diapers and formula for you just because she knows you will need them sooner or later and can look in your eyes and know exactly how you feel or if you need a little extra help, whether that’s a little rest, home cooked meal, or help at the grocery store!!….thank you mama for knowing what I need!!!! Family is those that you turn to daily for a laugh and smile and the ones you turn to for support, strength, and courage through out your walk of life.
